When a building is protecting high piled storage, whether it be a project with solid piled Class II Commodities or Group A Plastics stored on racks, Chapter 12 of the 2016 edition of NFPA 13 will provide the general requirements for the installation. This seminar will highlight the requirements applicable to all storage arrangements and commodity classifications with standardized protection criteria in NFPA 13. Topics include applications, discharge considerations, design methods and protection of idle pallets.
